In a follow-up to last week’s story, The Times Herald reports:
Olean Planning Board Chairman Thomas Barnes said Dr. Martin and his staff plan to review the project with representatives from the city, the town, the state and the county. A date for the meeting has not been set. Mr. Barnes said the meeting is tentatively going to be held in the Department of Environmental Conservation offices in Allegany. “The idea here is to make certain that all of the environmental issues with the project are addressed,” he said.
