$13/month for TCE-free water in Boise (ID)
The Idaho Statesman reports:
Terra Grande Water (ID) notified customers of contamination problems from Trichloroethylene on Jan. 21. One week later, an emergency connection was made to United Water's system.
The Idaho Public Utilities Commission has authorized the Terra Grande Water Co. to collect a flat rate of $13 a month from its approximately 117 customers in southwest Boise. The company had sought to collect $16 a month.
